Terms of Use
1. EligibilityTo become a member of this site you must be at the age of 16 year's or older. In other cases the membership of a user is void if under the age limit which we have set for this site.
2. Terms
MyGamerSpace.com can terminate your account at anytime and for any reason. This is highly unsual for this to happen but if we do feel that you have breached our terms and conditions to a certain point then we will take the proper actions.
3. Profile Pic
Your profile pic should be a picture of yourself. Examples of inappropriate images include an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual who is not you, or extreme nudity you will be contacted to change your image to an image of yourself. If failed to comply the image will be removed and replaced with our own picture.
4. Posted Images
Image's on this site can only be posted by official members. Images that contain nudity and we find to be extreme will be removed from the site. Images that are copyrighted will be deleted unless you own the copyright. You are solely responsible for the images that you post or display.
5. Posted Items
5.1 MyGamerSpace.com may review and delete any item posted by a member if that in the sole judgment violate's this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Members.
5.2 Your profile must describe you, an individual person. Examples of inappropriate profiles include, but are not limited to, profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual who is not you.
5.3 You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on this site, or transmit to other Members.
6. Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. MyGamerSpace.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
7. Privacy
7.1 On your profile you may display any information you feel appropriate. Your email can be kept confidential if you choose to. No guest's to the site can view your email at anytime.
7.2 MyGamerSpace.com monitor's your IP, web browser and operating system which is provided by your server. This is used only to administrate our website and to follow any illegal actions performed by a member or guest to this site.
7.3 Sharing of the Information. As a matter of policy, except where you are expressly informed otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information unless required by law or for the protection of your membership. However, we may share profile information and aggregate usage information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties in order to present to members more targeted advertising, products and services. In such situations we will never disclose information that will be used to personally identify you.
7.4 Use of Cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies are used to manage sessions on our site. Users must enable cookies to use our site. Also, users may optionally use a cookie to remember their password in order to automatically log in to our site. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user which they did not intentionally submit to us.
8. Contest
Everything done on this site by a member is monitored and loged in our system. Cheating in a contest will not be tolerated. If a member is assumed to be cheating they will be reported to the proper authorities and removed from our site for breaking our Terms & Conditions. Users cannot use the same signup IP.
9. Membership
Once a member to this site you accept to all our terms and conditions.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
MyGamerSpace.com strictly enforces compliance with its acceptable use terms under this paragraph (10) ten. You agree to maintain your status in full compliance with the terms set forth below. Failure to so comply is cause for immediate termination.
10.1 You agree that you will not violate the laws, regulations, ordinances or other such requirements of any applicable International, Federal, State or local government.
10.2 You agree not to cause any harm to minors of any kind or to perform any activity which is likely to cause such harm.
10.3 You agree not to take any action which encourages or consists of any threat of harm of any kind to any person or property
10.4 You agree not to transmit any unsolicited commercial or bulk email. You will not engage in any activity known or considered to be ?€œspamming?€ or ?€œMail Bombing?€
10.5 You agree not to make any inappropriate communication to any Newsgroup, Mailing List, Chat Facility, or other Internet Forum.
10.6 You agree not to make or attempt any unauthorized access to MyGamerSpace.com.
10.7 You agree not to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software. Warez (pirated software) is strictly prohibited on MyGamerSpace.com
10.8 You agree not to undertake any action which is harmful or potentially harmful to the MyGamerSpace.com AND ITS SERVER.
10.9 You agree not to store, distribute or link to material orientated towards pornography, racism or 'Hate Sites'.
11. Ecards
When submiting pictures to MyGamerSpace.com you agree that your image can be used and send out as an ecard.
12. Service
We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer or anything else related to you. You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. MyGamerSpace.com will not be held responsible for any information published by it's members.
